Q: In deliverables section is requested a ‘graphic image’ and a ‘drawing’, are there any specific guidelines for each representation?
A: For deliverables, the graphic image can be a rendering, collage or picture etc. The drawing should be more of a technical representation of work, please explore different media option is relation to your project.
Q: Will any additional information be released before the brief on 10/30?
A: arch out loud has released three research articles along with a summary of each topic. These articles and the now released competition brief are the provided materials from arch out loud, designers are encouraged to explore the topic in any direction they find most compelling.

A: MEMORY is the first flash competition hosted by arch out loud, other competition results can be viewed here.
Q: What is the deadline to register for the MEMORY flash competition?
A: Competition registry deadline is November 5th 2016 and the project submission deadline is November 6th 2016. (by 11:59pm, Eastern Time, New York City)
Q: Can teams share projects on social media in the period between the submission and the announcement of the winners?
A: Projects may be shared once competition results are final, after results are announced. arch out loud will also publish submissions at this date and will be working with many design platforms to attract publication opportunities.
Q: Do the submission boards have to be submitted in printed or digital form?
A: The boards may only to be submitted in digital form at www.archoutloud.com/submit.
